Title
All-County Festival Lease Agreement with the Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts

Discussion
The 2010 All-County Chorus and Band concert is an annual performance.  This event requires the use of rehearsal and performance space that will accommodate up to 1800 people on January 28-30, 2010.  The King Center is currently the only facility in the county that is capable of housing the All-County Chorus and Band performances.  The King Center requires the district to submit a signed lease agreement for the use of its facilities at a cost of $5,952.10.

Recommendation
Approve lease agreement with the King Center for use of All-County Band and Chorus rehearsal and performance facilities.
