Hoover Middle School Walk-in Cooler Freezer Replacement - Close-out Change Order
On 4/22/2014 the School Board approved Doug Wilson Enterprises, Inc. to provide Construction Management Services to install a new Walk-in Cooler Freezer at Hoover Middle School under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $22,371.57.
The work has been completed. Reconciliation of unspent Contingency requested by the District has resulted in a deductive Change Order in the amount of ($3,723.33).

Approve Change Order #1 to Doug Wilson Enterprises, Inc. for the installation of a new Walk-in Cooler Freezer at Hoover Middle School under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services decreasing their Guaranteed Maximum Price by ($3,723.33) to $18,648.24 with no change in contract time.
