Cocoa H.S. - Change Order #1 Install Ice Tanks
On September 10th, 2013 the School Board approved Southeast Services of Central Florida to install ice storage tanks at Cocoa High School under their Continuing Contract for Mechanical Services, RFP #12006/JO.
During the course of this work, several pieces of equipment were found to be faulty or nonfunctional resulting in a Change Order in the amount of $15,383.
Adequate funding has been identified in the FY2013-14 Energy/Resource Conservation Capital Funds for this Change Order.
School Board approval is required for change orders to fixed price contracts.

Approve Change Order #1 to Southeast Services of Central Florida, Inc. under their Continuing Contract for Mechanical Services for the Cocoa High School Install Ice Tanks project, increasing their fixed price by $15,383 to $194,623 and extend the Substantial Completion date from December 5th, 2013 to January 6th, 2014.
