Job Description-Graphic & Digital Marketing Associate

Discussion
Innovation and collaboration are key components to successful implementation of communications goals, which cannot be done without a commitment to developing positive relationships with internal and external audiences and peers. We are poised to launch a new communications tool for our Legacy Club members and have established a limited social media presence providing one-way communication. To advance departmental goals and increase targeted marketing projects as well as two-way social and digital media requires an individual with expertise in graphic design and social media. Work generated through this position will enhance community relations that include additional marketing initiatives. The addition of this role to the District Communications department will enable us to "Constantly connect people to the nobility of our mission."

Recommendation
Recommend approval of the addition of a Graphic & Digital Marketing Associate to the District Communications staff to aid in the enhancement of community relations.
