Cocoa High School Portable Classroom Installation - Change Order No. 1
On 10/08/2013 the School Board approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) submitted by Canaveral Construction Co. Inc. to install an additional portable classroom at Cocoa High School under their Continuing Contract for Design Build Services in the amount of $44,279.75.
The work has been completed. Reconciliation of unspent Contingency requested by the District has resulted in a deductive Change Order in the amount of ($5,418.81).

Approve Change Order No. 1 to Canaveral Construction Co. Inc. for the installation of a portable classroom at Cocoa High School under their Continuing Contract for Design Build Services decreasing their Guaranteed Maximum Price by ($5,418.81) to $38,860.94 with no change to Contract Time.
