Financial Statements with Budget Amendment Resolutions for the Operating Fund and Special Revenue Food Service Fund
The School Board Financial Statements reflect the status of revenue received and expenditures as compared to approved or amended budgets. The Financial Statements submitted for the Board's consideration are for the period ending November 30, 2013.
In addition, the budget amendments are submitted for the following:
1. Operating Fund Budget Amendment Resolution #3
Operating revenue (pages 1-2) has increased by $103,703 since the previous budget amendment. Major changes plus or minus $100,000 are listed below:
Miscellaneous Local $103,703
Appropriations, however have increased or decreased based on budget amendments done by individual schools and departments.
2. Special Revenue Food Service Fund Budget Amendment - Resolution #1
Expenditure budget has increased due to the following:
1. The labor and fringe budget has increased due to the addition of vacant positions.
2. The remaining expenditures have increased due to the posting of encumbrances/carry forward.
Approve the November 30, 2013 Financial Statements, Resolution #3 for the Operating Fund, and Resolution #1 for the Special Revenue Food Service Fund.
