Employee Benefit Data Management and Enrollment Services
The Office of Employee Benefits and Risk Management requested that the Office of Purchasing and Warehouse Services post a solicitation and facilitate a proper bid as outlined in Florida Administrative Code for “Employee Benefit Data Management and Employee Benefit Enrollment Services” as the district's current contract for these services with BlueFinHR expires June 30, 2016. The Office of Employee Benefits and Risk Management along with the district's consultant for employee health benefits Willis Consulting Services developed the specifications for the bid and assisted in choosing the selection committee which was made up of representatives from Local 1010 union, the Offices of Employee Benefits and Risk Management, the Office of Transportation Services, and the Office of Educational Technology departments. The results of the Request for Proposal as issued by the Office of Purchasing and Warehouse Services are as follows:

We attest that the bid was properly performed and in accordance with Board Policy, Florida Statute, and Administrative rule.
Grant the Superintendent authority to contract with BlueFinHR for Employee Benefit Data Management and Enrollment Services for a three-year period with the possibility of a one year extension beyond the initial period upon mutual consent of both parties to the agreement.
