Job Description - Budgeting
A recent review of job descriptions for the Department of Budget, Cost Accounting, and FTE revealed a need to apply updates to the currently approved job descriptions. Primarily involving changes to the performance responsibilities, qualifications or job titles, the requested changes are needed to better allow for proper assignment of duties, job growth, and responsibility integration. Seven job descriptions are being changed in total, closing a year-long analysis of departmental needs and division alignment.
A recommendation is made to approve the job description changes outlined in the seven attachments to this item. No salary changes are requested with these changes.
