Robert “Bob” H. As an expert in these areas, he has developed leading edge tools and techniques which are efficiently delivered to leaders, the workforce, and provider networks.
Mr. Seemer is also recognized as one of the worldwide experts on business improvement and organizational learning strategies. His practical approach to operational improvement and problem solving has helped organizations of all sizes efficiently achieve and surpass their objectives through focused and effective resource use. Mr. Seemer's personal efforts have led several major organizations to achieve total business turnarounds, winning results and prestigious international awards. Mr. Seemer is also an advocate of proactive change in the service delivery systems for children and families. For the past decade, Bob Seemer has worked with public and not-for-profit sector organizations to improve the accessibility, affordability, and quality of their services.
Mr. Seemer was the founder of Competitive Technologies International, Inc. (CTi), and has coached the executive management teams of many Fortune 50 organizations. He guided AT&T Power Systems' to its successful challenge for the 1994 Deming Prize and has helped other organizations win such coveted awards as the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the Shingo Prize for Manufacturing Excellence, and the Florida Governor's Sterling Award for Quality Management.
Mr. Seemer has written and spoken extensively for business groups and professional organizations on such topics as organizational performance improvement, industrial engineering concepts, and digital approaches to learning.He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Florida Governor's Sterling Council. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.
