Job Description - Director-Compensation Services

Discussion
Human Resources Services recognizes the need to maintain a robust and equitable compensation system to attract and retain the best talent to support our students.  To more effectively  manage the direction and oversight of a multi-faceted compensation program, the position of Director-Compensation Services is being introduced.  In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and directing a complex compensation system through collaboration with Human Resources, Financial Services, and Labor Relations as well as with the cooperation with external sources to gather appropriate local,  regional, and national salary data for analysis.

Recommendation
Recommend approval of the creation of the Director-Compensation Services job description.
