Eau Gallie High School - Stadium Bleachers Handrail - Final Closeout Change Order #1

Discussion
On 10/28/2014 the School Board approved Canaveral Construction Company, Inc. to provide construction management services for the stadium handrail replacement under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in the amount of $28,978.00.

The work has been completed. Reconciliation of unspent General Conditions requested by the District has resulted in a deductive change order in the amount of $386.74.


Recommendation
Approve Change Order #1 to Canaveral Construction Company, Inc. decreasing their Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) by $386.74 to $28,591.26 with no change to contract time.
