Clearlake Education Center Food Services Walk-In Cooler Freezer Replacement Closeout Change Order #1
On 11/18/2014 the School Board approved Heard Construction, Inc. to provide construction management services in the amount of $99,846.33 based on construction documents developed by DDC Engineering, Inc. The project is complete.
Reconciliation requested by the District has resulted in a credit for unspent contingency in the total amount of $16,561.00 which will be returned to the Capital Fund for use on future projects.
Approve Change Order #1, project closeout and release of final retainage to Heard Construction, Inc. for the Clearlake Education Center Food Services Walk-In Cooler Freezer Replacement. Change Order #1 will decrease their Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) by $16,561.00 to $83,285.33 with no change in contract time.
