2017-2018 Multiagency Service Network for Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities (SEDNET) Project Application
Pursuant to Section 1006.04, Florida Statutes, the Multiagency Service Network for Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities (SEDNET) provides an intensive integrated educational program to include a continuum of mental health treatment services to support students with or at-risk of emotional/behavioral disabilities in Circuit 18. Funds will be used to supplement Brevard and Seminole school districts' prevention/intervention efforts and to support interagency collaboration and services with mental health providers. This state discretionary grant application is being prepared for online submission to the Florida Department of Education, Bureau of Exceptional Education Services by May 10, 2017.
Once submitted, a complete copy of the grant will be available in the Office of Student Services.
Approve the writing and submittal of the 2017-2018 grant for SEDNET (Multiagency Network for Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities) and authorize the Superintendent's signature. The approximate amount of the grant will be $120,000.
