Job Description - Employment Manager
In an effort to more accurately reflect the increased responsibilities associated with the role, the job description for the Employment Manager has been revised to align the needs of the District to the skills and qualities needed in the role. Changes to the experience qualifications and position responsibilities reflect the need for a more robust understanding of human capital management needs, affording the District the opportunity to seek candidates with a more defined knowledge base and enhanced team management skills.
The requested change will not adversely affect any personnel incumbents nor departmental budgets.
Recommend approval of the Employment Manager job description.
