Field Trip - Eau Gallie High School to Skills USA National Competition in Louisville, KY
Eau Gallie High School recently competed in the Florida State Skills USA Competition in Lakeland. One student won 1st place in Marine Science Technology and has the honor to compete at the Skills USA National Competition in Louisville, Kentucky, June 19-25, 2016. This student will be accompanied by his parent who will be responsible for their travel to and from the competition and for the duration of their stay. The student and his parent will be responsible for their lodging and food as well. The Eau Gallie High School teacher/advisor will also be attending the competition. The advisor, student and the parent will stay in the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. The sponsor's registration, travel, accommodations and food will be paid by the District CTE Department Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) funds. No school days will be missed.
Approve the request for one Eau Gallie High School student and the teacher/advisor to attend the Skills USA Competition in Louisville, KY June 19-25, 2016.
