Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability Claims - Third-Party Administration contract with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc.
The district has utilized the services of Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. to assist with all Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Liability claims adjusting and handling. The current pricing for these services is 11.7% of the claims cost to a maximum cost per claim of $12,000. This rate has been the same for the past three years. We anticipate the cost for these services to range between $300,000 to $345,000 per year. The current contract includes:
