2011-2012 Salary Adjustments for Nonbargaining Personnel
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following salary adjustments for nonbargaining employees of the district for the 2011-2012 fiscal year.
A. 2.5% non-recurring salary enhancement for school and district administrators in DROP or who have returned from DROP.
B. Remaining school and district administrators and all other nonbargaining employees employed with Brevard Public Schools a minimum of one day over half of established work year: 1.5% recurring salary increase and 1.0% non-recurring salary enhancement.
C. A sum of $15,000 will be available for the Superintendent to be used to bring administrative salaries up to market standards as needed.
D. Promotional increases for the 2012-2013 fiscal year will be calculated between 3% - 7%, based on experience, qualifications, and comparable positions.
Approve the Superintendent's recommendations for Nonbargaining Personnel salary adjustments for the 2011-2012 fiscal year.
