Revisions to Board Policy 3122

Discussion
At the request of the Board, the Superintendent was asked to add specific language to existing policies that prohibit discrimination related to a person’s sexual orientation and gender identity. This policy was identified as one of the policies that needed to be changed.

Recommendation
Hold a public hearing and  approve recommended revisions to Policy 3122 (Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity).
