2010-2011 Multiagency Service Network for Severely Emotionally Disturbed Student Project Application
The purpose of this grant is to continue and improve services for students with Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities in Circuit 18 and is aligned with the " No Child Left Behind" federal legislation. Funds are to be used to supplement districts efforts in this area and to continue efforts in prevention/intervention efforts. The SEDNET grant provides for 2 FTE and Fringe for the Project Resource Teacher and Accounting Clerk as well as training and curriculum materials. A complete copy of the Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities Multiagency Grant is available in the Office of Students Services.
Approve the drafted 2010-2011 funding proposal (request from the Florida Department of Education) in the amount of $120,000* for the Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities Multiagency Network (SEDNET) and authorize the Superintendent to affix the appropriate signature.
