June 2014 Revision to Interlocal Agreement for Public School Facility Planning and School Concurrency
On October 9, 2007 the School Board approved the September 2007 Interlocal Agreement for Public School Facility Planning and School Concurrency (ILA). That document was revised to incorporate comments from the local governments and the Department of Community Affairs, and reissued as the June 2008 ILA. That revised document was approved by the School Board on July 15, 2008 and subsequently approved by all 15 (non-exempt) local governments in Brevard County.
This June 2014 ILA has been revised to incorporate the following:
This document has been reviewed and approved by the Capital Outlay Committee and the School Board Attorney.
Both a clean version of the revised document and a comparison to the June 2008 document with tracked changes are attached.
