Title
Modification #3 to Shutter Grant Project - Central Middle School

Discussion

On 01/24/12 the School Board approved the 2011-2012 State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management Sub-Grant Agreement for Shelter Retrofit at Central Middle School.  Modification #1 was approved by the School Board on 9/25/12 to extend the time line for completion to 5/31/13. 

Modification #2 was approved by the School Board on 5/14/13 to extend the time line for completion to 9/30/13.

The State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management did not have sufficient time to approve Modification #2 and subsequently has requested an updated modification to jointly reinstate the sub-grant and extend the grant time line from 5/31/13 to 9/13/13

 



Recommendation

Approve Modification #3 that will reinstate the sub-grant and extend the time line from 5/31/13 to 9/30/13 for the 2011-2012 State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management Sub-Grant Agreement for Shelter Retrofit at Central Middle School.
