Board Policy 9700.01, Special Interest Groups Recruiting Students in the Classroom, allows special interest groups not affiliated with the District to recruit students in the classroom. The Girl Scouts of Citrus Council requested access to the classroom to recruit students. They appear to have met all the requirements listed in the Board Policy. The Girl Scouts of Citrus Council completed form 9700.01-F1 which is attached.
Allow the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council to enter the classroom in order to recruit students at any school throughout the District (North, Central, and South) during the appropriate time period upon completion of the required forms from Policy 9700.01 and Policy 7510 - Use of District Facilities.
