Consultant Agreement Between Children's Choice Child Care Services Inc. and the Office of Adult & Community Education/School Age Child Care

Discussion

This agreement will provide training specifically designed for those working with school age children in before and after school settings. The training will be broken into three sessions.

Session 1 will focus on discipline and the intentional teaching of inter personal and intra personal social skills such as confidence, control, coping and conflict resolution and will provide practical methods to teach social skills through direct situational and integrated teaching in after school programs.

Session 2 is also for all attendees and will focus on team building and how autonomy, belonging and competencies can be intentionally put into practice in the environment, relationships, and experiences of a high quality after school program.

Session 3 will be for site coordinators only and will focus on leadership-exploring the complex systems of after school leadership and how to develop vision and a culture of innovation, empowerment and teamwork. We except 275 School Age Child Care/21st CCLC staff members to participate in this day of training.
