Sherwood Elementary School - Chiller Replacement - Close-Out
On July 21, 2015 the School Board approved an emergency purchase order to Schwenn Services and Contracting under their continuing HVAC Mechanical Services Contract to provide installation of a replacement chiller at Sherwood Elementary School in the amount of $356,602.50.
The work has been completed. Because the cost of construction is over $300,000.00, the Florida Department of Education (FDOE) requires the Superintendent to sign the Certificate of Final Inspection (OEF-209) following certification by the Engineer/Architect of Record and the Building Official.
Authorize the Superintendent to sign FDOE OEF Form 209 - Certificate of Final Inspection for the project.
