CDL Testing Agreement

Discussion

The City of Rockledge requested that the Brevard School District provide Commercial Drivers’ License (CDL) testing service for their employees.  In order to administer this testing service, a waiver to the Third Party Administrator Contract was submitted to and approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.  The attached contract is in blank form, but it will be used for all governmental entities that seek to utilize our CDL testing services.  Initially, the attached CDL testing agreement will be used as a contract with the City of Rockledge for CDL testing.    This CDL testing subject was discussed at this year’s preliminary budget workshop, June 24, 2010. 



Recommendation
Approve the attached CDL Testing Agreement to be used when providing any governmental entity this service.
