Titusville High School Stormwater Improvements Change Order #1
On 3/12/2013 the School Board approved Heard Construction Inc. to provide Construction Management Services for the Titusville High School Stormwater Improvements under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in the amount of $74,092.89.
The work has been completed. Reconciliation of unspent Contingency requested by the District has resulted in a deductive Change Order in the amount of ($4,611.45).

Approve Change Order #1 to Heard Construction Inc. for the Titusville High School Stormwater Improvements under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services decreasing their Guaranteed Maximum Price by ($4,611.45) to $69,481.44.
