Change Order #1 to Paving at South Parking at Plant Operations and Maintenance Rockledge
On June 12, 2012, the School Board approved Kinley Corporation to provide Construction Management Services for Paving at South Parking under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services for a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $54,999.80.
During the course of this work, additional Building Code requirements have resulted in a Change Order in the amount of $3,391.10.
Funding will be provided from the FY2013 Safety to Life budget.
Per Policy 6340, the Superintendent has approved the Change Order in the name of the Board for the purpose of expediting the work in progress. Such approval must be confirmed by the Board at the nest regular or special Board Meeting.

Approve Change Order #1 to Kinley Corporation's Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services for Paving at South Parking at Plant Operations and Maintenance Rockledge, increasing their Guaranteed Maximum Price by $3,391.10 to $58,390.90 and extending their Contract Time by twenty three (23) days to August 29, 2012.
