Extension of Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC) contract for FSA, COBRA, and Retiree Health Insurance Billing/Open Enrollment Insurance Administration
The District’s contract for the employee flexible spending account system (FSA), COBRA services, and Retiree Health insurance billing/open enrollment insurance administration with Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC) expires on December 31, 2015. Though the procurement of insurance under a Risk Management program does not require a formal solicitation, we would normally prefer to do so. Willis negotiated a rate pass and TASC has agreed to a one-year extension with the same rates and service offerings; an RFP will be issued in the first quarter 2016 for open enrollment in 2016.
Approve a one-year extension of the District’s FSA, COBRA, and Retiree Health Insurance administration with TASC for 2016, at the current rates with the same services.
