09-09-2010 Special School Board Meeting
Agenda Item #10

Title
Budget Amendments #9 - 12 for the 2009-10 Capital Project Funds

Discussion

Changes in estimated revenues and appropriations are detailed in the attached amendments.

Activity slowed in the capital funds in FY10, reflecting declining revenues due to the reduction in the tax roll.  Primary changes in revenue include property taxes higher than the adopted budget by $1,361,647 and interest revenue lower than the adopted budget by $366,582.

Changes in expenditures primarily reflect the reallocation of costs among various projects.
