DCR Portable LL-13 at Merritt Island High School

Discussion

Portable LL-13 presently being utilized as a concession stand at Merritt Island High School is no longer suitable for use and it is not economical to repair.  School staff has requested that the unit and related site elements be removed from the campus.  Work will require the re-grading of the area and removal of fencing to accommodate access.

The cost to demolish the portable is estimated to be $15,000.00.  Funding will be provided from the portable relocation funds. 



Recommendation
Approve demolition of Portable LL-13 at Merritt Island High School for a cost not to exceed $15,000.00.
