Non-Bargaining Salary Schedule for 2013-14

Discussion

Inclusive of the recurring salary increases for the 2013-14 school year were adjustments to the salary schedules for all employee classifications covered by the BFT and 1010 contracts by 1.5% in each cell.  In keeping with the Board's vision of equitable distribution and pursuant to Board action on April 23, 2013 specifying a similar 1.5% increase for non-bargaining employees, the non-bargaining salary schedule has also been revised to reflect a 1.5% increase at the middle and maximum levels.  The minimum levels will remain as the floor for positions at each salary grade.

The attached schedule reflects these changes and will be posted on the District website after Board approval.



Recommendation
Recommend approval of the attached updated non-bargaining salary schedule for the 2013-14 school year.
