Central Middle School - Shutter Grant Project - Change Order No. 1

Discussion

On 05/14/2013 the School Board approved Kinley Construction Corp. to provide Construction Management Services for the Shelter Retrofit/Shutter Grant project at Central Middle School under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $103,476.50.

The work has been completed.  Reconciliation of unspent Contingency requested by the District has resulted in a deductive Change Order in the amount of ($1,000.00).

Recommendation
Approve Change Order No. 1 to Kinley Construction Corp. for the Shelter Retrofit/Shutter Grant project at Central Middle School under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services decreasing their Guaranteed Maximum Price by ($1,000.00) to $102,476.50 with no change to Contract Time.
