Titusville High School Field Trip to New York City

Discussion
Titusville High School Music Department is requesting School Board approval to conduct a field trip to perform and tour at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in New York City, NY.  One hundred students and fifteen (15) chaperones (four chaperones are School Board employees) will depart on May 23 and return May 26, 2013.  No school days will be missed.  Students will be traveling by airline.  The cost will be approximately $1400 per participant.  Fundraisers and personal payment will cover the individual expenses.  There will be no cost to the District. 

Recommendation
Approve the Titusville High School Music Department field trip to New York City, NY.
