Policy 7130 - Implementation and Management of School Concurrency

Discussion

School Board Policy 7130 defines the criteria for the implementation of School Concurrency strategies to meet the obligations of the Board as required by the "Interlocal Agreement for Public School Facility Planning and School Concurrency" and related statutes and legislative requirements.  The Policy and its associated Procedures, Fees and Forms are generally consistent with the policies and procedures that have either been adopted, or are in the process of being adopted, by other Central Florida School Districts.  The proposed fees to be assessed for the reviews are believed to reflect the anticipated efforts associated with each type of review.
