Job Description - Coordinator-Position Control

Discussion
To better align the position qualifications with other positions in the same pay grade, the position of Coordinator - Position Control has been revised to require an Associate's degree as a minimum educational requirement.  Other positions within the department of the same pay grade currently reflect this degree requirement; this change will maintain continuity in educational qualifications.  The requested change will not result in any changes to the pay grade.

Recommendation
Recommend approval of the job description changes for Coordinator-Position Control without any change to the pay grade for the position.
