Job Description - FNS Equipment Coordinator

Discussion
The Office of Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) seeks permission to make minor changes to the referenced job description.  The changes include allowing for relevant experience in place of a degree, which is consistent with similar job descriptions; and the additional focus on the bid procurement process which will become a major component of the incumbent's responsibilities.  These changes will have a positive impact on increasing the quality of the candidate pool. There are no requested changes to salary.

Recommendation
Recommend approval of the revised job description for the FNS Equipment Coordinator as requested.
