Satellite Beach HS - Auditorium Canopy Repairs - Project Closeout & Change Order # 2
On 3/11/2014 the School Board approved Ruby Builders, Inc. to provide Construction Management Services for the Satellite HS Auditorium Canopy Repairs under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services.
The work has been completed. Reconciliation of contingency use requested by the District has shown that all funds allocated in the Guaranteed Maximum Price have been expended. Based on unforeseen conditions encountered during construction the Construction Time was extended by an additional 18 days.

Approve Change Order #2 to Ruby Builders Inc. for Satellite HS Auditorium Canopy Repairs under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services increasing the Contract Time by 18 days to August 26, 2014 without an increase to the Guaranteed Maximum Price and authorize the release of final retainage.
