North Area Bus Maintenance Facility Exterior Canopy Replacement - Change Order No. 1
On 02/12/2013 the School Board approved Heard Construction Inc. to provide Design/Build Services to replace the storm damaged canopy cover for the exterior repair bay at the North Area Bus Maintenance Facility under their Continuing Contract for Design/Build Services for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $57,221.50.
The work has been completed. Reconciliation of unspent Contingency requested by the District has resulted in a deductive Change Order in the amount of ($3,294.19).

Approve Change Order No. 1 to Heard Construction Inc. for the canopy cover replacement at the North Area Bus Maintenance Facility under their Continuing Contract for Design/Build Services decreasing their Guaranteed Maximum Price by ($3,294.19) to $53,927.31 with no change to Contract Time.
