Palm Bay High School Change Order #1 for Mech. Upgrades at Law Academy Bldg.
On 8/13/2013 the School Board approved Southeast Services of Central Florida's bid under their HVAC Mechanical Continuing Contract for the mechanical system upgrades at the Palm Bay High School Law Academy Building in the amount of $35,353.50.
During the course of this work scope changes which were requested by the District have resulted in a Change Order in the amount of $2,500.00.
Adequate funding has been identified in the FY 2013-14 Capital Funds for this Change Order.
Per Policy 6340, the Superintendent has approved the Change Order in the name of the Board for the purpose of expediting the work in progress. Such approval must be confirmed by the School Board at the next Regular or Special Board Meeting.

Approve Change Order #1 to Southeast Services of Central Florida under their HVAC Mechanical Continuing Contract for the mechanical system upgrade at the Palm Bay High School Law Academy Building increasing their Contract Sum by $2,500.00 to $37,853.50 with no extension to their Contract Time.
