Rockledge High School - Roof Replacement at McLarty Stadium Restrooms - Change Order No. 1
On 08/13/2013 the School Board approved Kinley Corporation to provide Construction Management Services to replace the deteriorated roof assembly at the McLarty Stadium Restrooms under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $39,726.75.
The work has been completed. Reconciliation of unspent Contingency requested by the District has resulted in a deductive Change Order in the amount of ($1,058.75).

Approve Change Order No. 1 to Kinley Corporation for the Roof Replacement at McLarty Stadium under their Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services decreasing their Guaranteed Maximum Price by ($1,058.75) to $38,668.00 with no change to Contract Time.
