In order to better reflect the duties and responsibilities of the role, the position of Director - Compensation and Benefits has been rewritten with a job title change to Director - Employee Benefits & Special Programs. Performance responsibilities and qualifications were amended to best reflect the needs of the department.
Approve job description change from Director - Compensation and Benefits to Director - Employee Benefits & Special Programs.
