Design Services Change Order for Rockledge High School
District Facilities Department renewal strategy is to consolidate construction efforts between Facilities Services and Educational Technology to minimize instructional disruption by combining efforts.
Board approved Technology Infrastructure Upgrades at Rockledge High School on November 19, 2013 (Consent Agenda Item F43). Project timeline for Technology Infrastructure Upgrades alone are estimated to be 8 months. Combining electrical efforts estimate the combined renewal process to 11 months.
The attached proposal was reduced by fourteen percent below Florida Department of Management Services contracted rates.
The Educational Technology Division in conjunction with Facilities Services recommends extending Premier Engineering for design services at Rockledge High School.
The task assignment contract and proposal are included in this Board Agenda item.
Approve design change order task assignment agreement for $28,850.00 for electric upgrade services at Rockledge High School.
